The Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) with 8 outpatient primary care clinics in the city of Providence, offers:

• WORK-LIFE BALANCE:
  Full-time is 4 clinic weekdays plus remote Admin time. No weekends.
• COLLABORATION: Each of our primary care clinics has a team of providers including Nurse Practitioners, Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, Ob-Gyns, CNMs, Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians with access to Clinical Pharmacists.
• STAFF SUPPORT: Each primary care clinician leads a team including an RN and medical assistant.
• IN-HOUSE REFERRALS: Our specialty clinics include optometry, podiatry, dental, rheumatology, and asthma-allergy.
• EMR is Epic with access to Ai scribe and built-in translation for best practice.

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner with 2+ years’ experience as primary care provider
  .
• Medical License in Rhode Island
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
