We are seeking a proactive Pizza Station Supervisor to manage daily operations during designated shifts on the pizza station. This role is crucial for leading staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional food standards for our award winning pizza! Teamwork is an essential part of our operation, so working well with others is a requirement.

• Operational Management:
  Oversee smooth operation during shifts, coordinating with back kitchen on ticket times and take out staff for pizza pick up wait times.
• Staff Supervision:
  Direct staff activities, manage prep tasks as well as cleanliness and organization of pizza station.
• Compliance and Safety:
  Enforce adherence to sanitation and safety regulations, conducting regular checks for compliance.
• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards, ensuring each dish meets the required presentation and quality.
• Adhere to portion control and food preparation standards to maintain product consistency and manage costs.
• Report any issues with food quality or delays in service promptly to the kitchen supervisor or chef.
• Keep track of inventory levels for menu items, alerting management and front-of-house staff to low stock situations.
• Ensure all dishes from the station are accounted for and meet the restaurant’s quality expectations.
• Follow established procedures for handling food allergies and dietary restrictions to ensure guest safety.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team and maintain positive working relationships with all staff.
• Undertake additional tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the kitchen.

• At least 1 year of prior Pizza Cook Experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times, at times from overhead locations.
