Keyholder

Assists with daily operations of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store, including sales, client experience, and safeguarding store assets.

• Understand the overall concept of Lilly Pulitzer, including lifestyle, client, merchandise, and heritage.

• Drive sales goals by providing exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team.
• Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Maintain accuracy in cash transaction management per operating procedures.
• Open and close the retail store.
• Act as an elevated team member, exercising decision‑making and multitasking capabilities while prioritizing service.
• Resolve client‑related issues and, when necessary, escalations to store management.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards as set by Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Safeguard store assets.

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

• Position classification: part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt.

  In‑store at Lilly Pulitzer retail location.
• Flexible hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays due to seasonality.
• Must comply with Lilly Pulitzer policies and detailed Code of Conduct.
• Position reviewed annually.
