As the Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Garden City location’s success. You’ll enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals, and lead a team with energy and purpose. With a background in retail management, you’ll handle daily operations, plan special events and pop‑ups, and provide hands‑on customer service. Your creative touch and dedication to exceptional service will help bring our customers’ visions to life and elevate our store experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized service. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions, bringing their visions to life.
- Sales & Operations: Set and achieve sales goals, manage customer service targets, analyze sales performance, and handle staff scheduling. Oversee store administration, including inventory and cash reconciliation.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring a motivated and effective team. Foster a positive work environment and build out the “Factory” experience in‑store.
- Event Planning: Network with local businesses and organize special pop‑up events to enhance store visibility and customer engagement.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about jewelry making and assist customers with detailed product knowledge. Show enthusiasm for fashion and design trends.
- Reporting & Innovation: Monitor buying trends, customer needs, and store performance. Propose innovative ideas to enhance the store experience.
- Problem Resolution: Handle staff and customer issues, including complaints and grievances, with professionalism and empathy.
- Flexibility: Adapt to retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passionate & Creative: Enthusiastic about fashion, design, and current trends. A proactive and creative thinker with a flair for making jewelry.

Proven experience in retail management with strong leadership abilities and a knack for motivating a team. - Detail‑Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to build relationships with staff and customers alike.
- 2+ years’ experience in the customer service or retail industry.
- Proven success as a retail Store Manager.
