• Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs of the business.
• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

This position is part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt, and based in‑store at a Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. It is seasonal and may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Position reviewed annually.
