Job Description
Responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions and have in‑depth conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.

- Willing to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant Associate’s degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

Minimum:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
1st shift, United States of America; 40 hours per week.
Pay & BenefitsHourly rate: $25.00 – $27.88, based on experience, education, and skill set. Base salary only; not incentive eligible. Benefits eligible with industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, and support for physical, emotional, and financial well‑being.
