Job SummaryTechnic is seeking experienced Outside Equipment Salespersons to manage and grow assigned territories. This role focuses on consultative, solution-based selling of custom and automated surface finishing equipment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory sales plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Present and demonstrate equipment solutions
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with engineering and service teams
- Attend trade shows and customer meetings
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years B2B industrial or equipment sales experience
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
