Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer and market research to identify qualified leads
- Engage with prospects and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Maintain organized records and follow-ups using basic computer tools
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions
- Represent the company professionally in all communications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing and industrial products.
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and building rapport
- Proficient in email, and online research
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with technical products, shop operations, or pneumatic fittings is a strong plus.
