DescriptionInfor is hiring a Strategic Account Manager responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and their extended customer ecosystems (3–100+ customers per LSP). This role combines account expansion, ecosystem “sell‑through,” and cross‑functional leadership to maximize adoption and long‑term customer value.
You will act as a trusted advisor to LSP leadership while enabling scalable growth through their downstream customer base. Success is driven by deep customer engagement, strong internal orchestration, and the ability to translate supply chain challenges into measurable business outcomes.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:- Own strategic LSP accounts with full responsibility for expansion, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on increasing adoption, cross‑sell, and upsell.
- Build multi‑level relationships across business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Build revenue growth driven by both LSP expansion and downstream customer adoption.
- Facilitate product adoption and measurable business value across the install base.
- Facilitate and manage cross‑functional execution to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain high‑frequency engagement with both LSPs and key downstream customers.
- Lead QBRs/EBRs focused on performance, KPIs, and growth opportunities.
- Deliver ROI‑driven business cases leveraging value engineering and benchmarking.
- Align solutions to customer supply chain strategies and transformation initiatives while driving contract and relationship renewals.
- Experience working in SaaS sales.
- Experience with logistics service providers in a sales capacity.
- Experience delivering presentations to all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel 50%+.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Project management experience.
- Experience working with MEDDPIC.
