Edgelink Inc., an authorized Metro by T-Mobile retailer, is hiring full-time and part-time Retail Sales Representatives at our Cranston location. We welcome all applicants — no experience needed, we train you from day one. English and Spanish speakers are both encouraged to apply. • Sell Metro by T-Mobile wireless plans, phones, and accessories to new and existing customers
• Meet and exceed monthly individual sales targets
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service every shift
• Assist English and Spanish speaking customers as needed
• Process payments, upgrades, and account changes accurately
• Stay current on the latest devices, promotions, and plan options
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready

• Base pay of $16.00 – $26.00/hr depending on experience
• Weekly Friday incentive payouts — top earners make $200+ per week in incentives
