About the Role:
A nationally recognized wireless infrastructure provider is scaling its healthcare division and seeks a business development leader to drive growth across major health systems, medical campuses, and care delivery networks. This role will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies for wireless and private networking solutions specifically tailored to the unique connectivity challenges of the healthcare industry. You’ll be empowered to make a direct impact - transforming how critical medical environments stay connected, compliant, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the development and execution of sales strategies targeting health systems, hospitals, outpatient centers, and medical office portfolios.
- Establish and deepen executive-level relationships within large healthcare organizations, with a focus on CIOs, CTOs, and facility operations leaders.
- Deliver enterprise wireless solutions through a consultative approach, aligning with each client’s clinical and IT infrastructure needs.
- Partner with internal solution architects and project teams to co-develop and present tailored proposals.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline focused on long-term healthcare partnerships.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations, patient privacy requirements, and clinical tech trends impacting wireless deployments in medical environments.
- Lead RFP responses and contract negotiations with large integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and healthcare REITs.
- Provide insights to internal teams to influence product development and deployment models for the healthcare market.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare enterprise sales or strategic account management, preferably with wireless infrastructure, network solutions, or digital health technology.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and patient data privacy requirements (HIPAA, HITECH).
- Proven track record of success selling into large healthcare systems or national provider networks.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments within healthcare.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and influencing at the C-suite level.
- Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business-focused disciplines preferred.
