Redeemed Building is seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Carpenter to oversee field operations and ensure each project is delivered with top-tier craftsmanship and professionalism. This hands‑on role involves reading and executing blueprints, leading job site teams, maintaining safety and productivity standards, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, highly organized, and capable of managing carpentry projects independently from start to finish.

• Interpret and execute blueprints, construction drawings, and layout plans
• Manage carpentry projects from framing to finish with minimal oversight
• Supervise and direct team members on‑site to ensure quality workmanship and productivity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and crew members professionally
• Ensure timelines and specifications are met for each project
• Model best practices and enforce safety procedures

• 5+ years of hands‑on carpentry experience in residential or commercial settings preferred
• Proven leadership ability to manage crews and job sites
• Strong communication and client interaction skills
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to problem‑solve and work independently
• Must be physically capable of performing carpentry work, including lifting materials and using tools
• No specific degree or certifications required
