Have extensive experience in rigging operations within the mobile crane and construction industry. Have a strong understanding of rigging equipment, safety protocols, and industry standards, with proven expertise in setting up, adjusting, and dismantling rigging gear. Key skills include load attachment, securing, hazard identification, and equipment inspection. Possess strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with crane operators, dogmen, and other site personnel, ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety and compliance, promoting a culture of diligence and continuous improvement in all rigging activities. Must hold a High Risk Work Licence for rigging, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the ability to perform high-risk tasks safely and effectively.
- Basic Rigging High Risk Work Licence (RB) allows for basic rigging tasks, including structural steel erection, hoists, and static lines.
- Intermediate Rigging High Risk Work Licence (RI) covers all basic rigging tasks plus dual lifts, tilt slabs, and demolition rigging.
- Advanced Rigging High Risk Work Licence (RA) includes all intermediate tasks as well as rigging of gin poles, flying foxes, and guyed derricks.
