Production Foreman

The Commercial Roofing Production Foreman will work under the Operations Manager and Field Superintendent to install, remove, and replace commercial roofing systems, overseeing projects from start to finish to ensure high craftsmanship, quality, and production.

$27.00–$33.00/hr BOE, with potential bonuses, benefits, and other compensation depending on experience and performance.

• Installation and removal of various commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.
• Supervise, direct, and train roofing crews on commercial roofing sites.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with Operations team, clients, vendors, and crew members.
• Track materials, labor, and job progress.
• Enforce company and OSHA safety standards.
• Complete all required paperwork, electronic correspondence, and attend meetings as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 3‑5 years of experience with various commercial roofing systems.
• Proven leadership or foreman experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, job specifications, technical procedures, and/or government regulations.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to climb ladders and work outdoors in varying weather conditions; regular schedule Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend shifts.
• Proven ability to train and supervise employees, emphasizing commercial roofing skills development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in following instructions and maintaining professionalism.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, temperature variations, and outdoor work.
• Physical effort includes extensive sitting, standing, bending, walking, kneeling, with routine ladder climbing and lifting up to 25 lbs. regularly or 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Travel mostly local, within one hour of shop.
