Location: Cranston, RI
Schedule: 32 Hours per Week, 2nd Shift

Are you passionate about supporting women and families as they build healthier futures? SSTARBIRTH, a long-term residential substance use treatment program serving pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women,is seeking a compassionate and dependable Residential Counselor to join our dedicated team.

What You'll Do

• Implement daily program schedules and activities
• Supervise and support residents and their children throughout the shift
• Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing living environment
• Monitor and document client self-administration of medications
• Complete shift documentation and maintain accurate records

• Compassionate and professional individuals who enjoy working withwomen and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a structured, supportive environment
• Commitment to promoting recovery, stability, and wellness

Skills/

Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently.
• Crisis prevention and intervention skills preferred.
• Prior experience working in Residential Treatment and/or knowledge of early recovery related issues is preferred.

HOURLY WAGE RANGE: $18.00 per hour
