Schedule: 32 Hours per Week, 2nd Shift
Are you passionate about supporting women and families as they build healthier futures? SSTARBIRTH, a long-term residential substance use treatment program serving pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women,is seeking a compassionate and dependable Residential Counselor to join our dedicated team.
At SSTARBIRTH, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by helping mothers and their children thrive in asafe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Implement daily program schedules and activities
- Supervise and support residents and their children throughout the shift
- Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing living environment
- Monitor and document client self-administration of medications
- Complete shift documentation and maintain accurate records
- Compassionate and professional individuals who enjoy working withwomen and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a structured, supportive environment
- Commitment to promoting recovery, stability, and wellness

Experience and Skills:Skills/
Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently.
- Crisis prevention and intervention skills preferred.
- Prior experience working in Residential Treatment and/or knowledge of early recovery related issues is preferred.
HOURLY WAGE RANGE: $18.00 per hour
