JOB TITLE: Material Handler

DEPARTMENT: Warehouse

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager

LOCATION: On Site in Cranston/ Lincoln

PAY: $18-19

HOURS / SHIFT: 1st Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday thru Friday)

• Physically receives all incoming packages and orders as well as prepares and ships outgoing packages.
• Verifies quantities ordered match quantities shipped on packing slips and note discrepancies, check shipments for damages.
• Operate the forklift and wrapping machine as needed
• Determines labeling requirements for shipping containers including any special labels required by the customer
• Prepare documents and record receipts in a timely manner
• Move materials from production to finished goods area, and from receiving dock to storage areas

• Forklift Certification:
  Preferred, forklift experience preferred

  The role is primarily based in the warehouse with loud noises and fluctuations in temperature

  Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously.
