Job Requirements

• Active Indiana PT license required; candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full Indiana state licensure during the assignment,

• Experience with InSync EMR preferred,

• 1 professional reference required for consideration,

• SSN required for consideration,

• License required if applicable,

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year to be eligible as a traveler
