SHIPPING Clerk – Crawfordsville, IN (On-Site)

Rate: $20.35 hr

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

ATCO Rubber Products Inc. a leading manufacturer of flexible HVAC duct is looking to fulfill the position of Shipping Supervisor – Crawfordsville, IN. The candidate must have exceptional supervisor and leadership skills with 2-5 years of hands‑on supervisory experience. This position requires hands‑on experience and will work in a fast‑paced shipping environment. The candidate must present effective supervisory and leadership skills in leading a shipping team of hourly employees.

This position will manage employees’ productivity and oversee the shipment of products in a manufacturing environment.

• Employ strategies to monitor and effectively reduce shipping errors
• Effectively plan, schedule, and control shipping cost

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• High school degree

This position manages all shipping employees and is responsible for hiring and performance management of the hourly employees.

This is a full‑time position working 40-45 hours per week, Monday-Friday and may include occasional Saturdays.

Full-Time

No travel is expected for this position.

Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
