Acuity Brands, Inc is seeking a Supervisor for their Indiana Production Facility (IPF), the largest assembly manufacturing site in the United States. The supervisor will oversee 20-30 hourly employees and is responsible for driving safety, quality, and productivity performance according to Lean principles.
The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing and previous supervisory experience. A High School diploma is required, with a preference for technical or bachelor's degrees. Skills in problem-solving and communication are essential.
