Basic

Job Functions:

• Ordering PPE, site consumables/supplies, janitorial supplies, and maintaining the supply in PPE vending machines.
• Maintaining the chain and sling inventory for the division.
• Calibration of inspection, measurement and test equipment.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities if needed.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with D365 ERP
• Experience in one or more of the following areas receiving, warehousing, stocking or inventory management.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge and experience in calibrating and using precision measuring devices.
• Previous use with handheld tools
