- Mission:
To expand knowledge and skills through hands-on manufacturing and business experiences to develop future leaders within the company.
- Participate in structured rotations across manufacturing, customer service, planning, maintenance, safety, and sales to gain broad operational knowledge.
- Analyze key manufacturing metrics and identify opportunities to enhance performance, striving for best-in-class results.
- Lead specialized projects focused on developing solutions for safety, process improvement, quality, capacity balance, workflow, and logistics issues.
- Supervise and coach manufacturing personnel, driving continuous improvement initiatives and addressing performance gaps.
- Assist sales representatives in customer interactions regarding product capabilities, offerings, quality, and service.
- Background:
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering or Business, for a leadership development role. - Experience:
2+ years of previous experience with a manufacturing company. - Skills:
Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide a team, strong process management skills to achieve results, effective management of multiple priorities, and clear communication within a collaborative manufacturing environment. - Bonus:
