Starting Rate: $22.00 - $27.40 with a 7% increase for second and third shift.

Work Hours: 3rd Shift 6:00pm - 6:00am, 12 hour shifts, 2-2-3 Rotation
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN:
North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street;
South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This job is for the North Plant.
- Set up, Adjust & Operate a single piece of Machinery
- Participate in training to prepare to promote into a Lead operator position
- Inspect equipment for safety issues
- Monitor quality, output and productivity
- Learn to utilize tools to measure and adjust machine to target levels
- Learn and engage in preventative maintenance tasks as required
- Assist lead operator with providing guidance to crew members
- Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
- Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
