Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Crawfordsville, IN
Pay Range: $17.00-$18.00/hour
+ $390 semi-annual bonus opportunity
Shift:
First shift: 6:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday; OR
Third shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am, Sunday - Thursday
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
- Assist in troubleshooting machinery issues and report any malfunctions
- Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets
What's Needed?
- Job requiresa pre-employment drug and background
screening - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
- Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus
