Starting Pay: $24.00-$30.25 per hour (Day Shift) + 7% Night Shift Premium

Location: Crawfordsville, IN (North Plant: 1009 Sloan Street | South Plant: 600 State Road 32 West)
Work Schedule: 12 hour Shifts | 4 on 4 off, nights

As our Assistant Press Operator
, you will support press operations, ensure quality, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the Press Operator and receive on-the-job training to help advance your career.

• Assist Press Operator with press setup and make-ready tasks
• Operate & maintain printing presses
• Install plates and blankets to ensure high-quality output
• Make necessary color or register adjustments
• Assist in replacing press rollers using hand tools
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

• Mechanical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical adjustments on equipment

• Technical Knowledge: General experience with presses.
