Industrial Maintenance Pay: $30.25-$36.60 per hour for 1st shift, $.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Work Hours: 8 and 12 hour fixed and rotating shifts
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville:
North Plant at 1009 Sloan St.
South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for both locations.
As an Industrial Maintenance employee, you will:- Work in a way that keeps you and your co-workers safe at all times.
- Trouble shoot, repair and install building and manufacturing equipment.
- Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our machines.
- Manufacture and assemble replacement parts for manufacturing equipment using welders, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders and other machine shop equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to perform maintenance functions.
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting
- Ability to lift and carry 20-60 pounds
- Ability to read diagrams, manuals and specifications
