Crawfordsville, Indiana.

Schedule:

Part-Time Evening Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. Low-stress environment with guaranteed hours and a 5-star facility.

• Provide compassionate patient care as a Registered Nurse, promoting physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning life stories and integrating resident-centered care.
• Utilize nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the care team.

• Supportive presence and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Leadership to promote teamwork and meet resident needs.
• Collaboration with nursing and facility teams for coordinated care.
• Interpersonal communication to maintain a respectful, positive work environment.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
