Position Summary
Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring Supervisors and Level I Area Managers are trained on company policies and procedures, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation, monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, standards and shift production goals, and identifying and resolving internal/external Customer associate supervisor and manager concerns.
Responsibilities- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring Supervisors and Level I Area Managers are trained on company policies and procedures, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation, monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, standards and shift production goals, and identifying and resolving internal/external Customer associate supervisor and manager concerns.
- Manage and develop Supervisors and Level I Area Managers by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, communicating goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
- Manage financial aspects for shift by ensuring expenses are monitored and tracked, maximizing utilization of assets, preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Communicate with Customers, suppliers, and or other Walmart associates verbally or in writing.
