Apparel Team Supervisor

• Greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays.
• Stock shelves and ensure aisles are neat and clean.
• Answer customer questions and assist with purchasing.
• Assist with cashier duties as needed.
• Fulfill online customer orders by walking up to 5 miles to select merchandise and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory on the sales floor, including reporting missing or defective items.

• Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day while fulfilling online orders.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
