Job Summary

We are seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives to join our team at 1500 S. Washington Ave. The role focuses on creating a welcoming experience for customers while supporting everyday store operations.

• Operate all store equipment, including ovens, mixers, and POS systems.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work tables.
• Prepare products in accordance with company standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility at least daily.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided.

• Comprehend and give clear written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, both in person and over the phone.

• Perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Operate computer keyboards or touch screens to enter orders.
• Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather when performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in other areas.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, such as walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Good vision, hearing, and depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and work under stress.
• Stand, walk, walk short distances, and sit for paperwork.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, bending, and crouching as required.
• Reach above 72" for oven controls, price updates, and shelving tasks.
• Use hands continuously for items such as dough shaping, pizza peel, rolling cutter, and box assembly.
• Manipulate small objects like cans, phones, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.
• Operate pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and other payroll tools.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
