We're looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician or HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, building customer relationships, and working for a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term career development.

• $28.00 to $33.00 per hour based on experience

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control system issues
• Complete equipment inspections, performance testing, and system evaluations
• Install HVAC components and perform minor equipment replacements when needed
• Document completed work accurately and communicate recommendations with customers and office staff
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance
• Follow company safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service

• Minimum of two years of HVAC maintenance or service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Working knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, controls, and equipment operation
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, in crawlspaces, and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
