As our commercial division continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician who enjoys solving complex mechanical issues, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values skilled professionals.

What We Offer- $35.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience
- Annual earning potential of $78,000 to $90,000+ with overtime opportunities during peak seasons

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Service rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, boilers, VAV systems, and commercial controls
- Perform preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and system performance testing
- Install and replace commercial HVAC equipment and components when needed
- Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues
- Complete accurate service documentation and communicate findings with customers and office staff
- Follow company safety procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and work environment
- Minimum of three years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with commercial refrigeration systems, electrical controls, schematics, and HVAC equipment
- EPA Universal Certification required
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, in mechanical rooms, and other commercial environments
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong communication skills and commitment to outstanding customer service
