What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment across the plant floor
• Set up and operate shop machinery including drill presses, grinders, welders, and cutting torches
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and production reliability
• Manage work orders using a CMMS and maintain accurate parts inventory
• Operate forklifts and aerial lift platforms while upholding strict safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or combination)
• Proficiency reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints
• Strong industrial electrical background: PLCs, DC drives, 3-phase motors, 480V and below
• High school diploma or equivalent; craft certification or technical education a plus
