Maintenance Apprentice

Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a high-speed manufacturing facility. You will be an integral part of maintaining and supporting 8-10 production lines for a stable customer base.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed production machinery.
• Work with robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform conveyor maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical schooling.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on role in a clean environment. Training is provided on the 1st shift, with available shifts on 2nd and 3rd.

This is a permanent position based out of Crawfordsville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
