Observes electrical devices in operation and determines causes of trouble;
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts;
Troubleshoots drives, contractors, fuses, motor starters, HMIs, PLCs, low voltage control wiring and AC voltages up to 480
VAC;
Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as conveyors and programmable controllers;
Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged or broken wire and cables
