Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Crawfordsville, IN

Pay Range: $22-27/hr

Shift: 2-2-3 12-hour schedule

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance activities to fix, improve, and repair equipment to ensure they operate within specifications.
• Execute maintenance tasks, notify supervisors of new issues, and confirm work completion.
• Use electrical and mechanical skills to resolve breakdown issues with minimal impact on production.
• Carry out regular maintenance, process improvements, and project activities to maximize equipment uptime and quality performance.
• Complete all planned maintenance activities within scheduled time frames and document work accurately.

What's Needed?

• Technical school, military technical training, or equivalent experience.
• Service orientation and a sense of urgency.
• Strong will to deliver results and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work systematically and organized.
• Fluency in English.
