Job SummaryTransport products from the warehouse to customers by driving a tractor‑tanker truck, ensuring proper delivery, unloading, and adherence to customer invoices and company standards.
Compensation$10.00 – $48.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. Eligible for the company incentive plan.

- Unload product from trailer by hand or hand cart in all weather conditions and place it in designated customer storage areas, following customer specifications and company standards.
- Complete all required paperwork, including DOT logs, inspections, maintenance reports, and pre‑/post‑trip reports, accurately and on time.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are met, including maintaining proper temperatures, inspecting for damage before delivery, preventing cross‑contamination, and keeping the truck and warehouse sanitary.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers through excellent, courteous service and clear communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Education / Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Preference for one year of tractor‑tanker driving experience; completion of a tractor‑tanker driving school is also acceptable.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License, insurable to operate a vehicle.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hazmat guidelines, and safe lifting and delivery practices.
- Skill in driving over long distances, varied terrains, and in all weather conditions; strong communication, problem‑solving, and product delivery skills.
- Ability to drive a tractor‑truck both day and night, remain alert, meet productivity levels, handle hazardous materials and food items, and operate 3‑axle tractor, 45’–48’ trailer, straight truck, onboard computer, keypad, and 2‑wheel hand cart.
- Perform basic math functions, plan and organize work independently, and solve problems.
- Read, write, and speak English to converse with the public and understand traffic signs and official reports.
- Lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs by hand and up to 250 lbs with a 2‑wheel cart; climb in/out of a tractor and trailer; stack and unstack pallets; bend and twist while loading/unloading.
- Have adequate close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work may involve wet, hot, cold, or humid conditions and confined spaces. Overtime, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties are required.
- Noise is usually moderate.
- Personal protective equipment and masks provided.
- Temperature screenings.
- Social distancing guidelines in place.
- Sanitizing, disinfecting, and cleaning procedures in place.
