Job Description

We have immediate openings for Light Picker/Packers on 3rd shift. Pay $18.40/hr plus full benefits effective first day of employment.

Shift schedule:
Sunday - Thursday 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.

• Pick and pack customer book orders using voice automation and other methods.
• Process customer book returns.
• Use computer and/or handheld radio frequency (RF) equipment.
• Read and perform basic math tasks.
• Push, pull, bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 35 lbs.
• Stand for an entire shift with minimal breaks.
• Climb stairs and work on an upper mezzanine level.
• Follow all safety rules and work well in a team‑orientated environment.
• Be flexible to work in other areas based on business needs.
• Meet minimum age requirement of 16.
• Communicate verbally and in writing.
• Maintain a good overall safety and attendance record.
• Adhere to all established safety and precaution measures.
