Nursery Assistant

Are you a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner ready for your next permanent role?

A warm and welcoming early years setting is looking for a dedicated practitioner to join their team full-time, supporting children aged 0-5 in a nurturing learning environment.

Your role :

Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
Building positive relationships with children and parents
Supporting routines including snack time, toileting and outdoor play
Contributing to observations, planning and assessments
Working closely with the wider nursery team to deliver high-quality care

What we're looking for:

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., Early Years Practitioner, Early Years Educator, CACHE/NCFE/BTEC equivalent)
A genuine passion for early years education
Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

It's an advantage if you have experience with:

Autism, ADHD or additional needs
Managing challenging behaviour
Supporting speech and language development
