In central Crawley, this lovely nursery are looking for an experienced and passionate Level 3 or above qualified Nursery Practitioner to join the team in growing and developing their nursery. Working a 40 Hr Week with salary up to £28,350 depending on experience, with lots of great benefits and opportunities future progression with this growing provider.

* Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)

* Experience in a nursery or early years setting

* Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding

* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences

* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements

* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
