About our Clients

In central Crawley, part of a growing provider, this lovely nursery is looking for an experienced Room Leader to join their team as Third in Charge, supporting the room and working alongside the management team. Working a 40‑hour week, salary is c £32k depending on experience.

What our clients are looking for

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

• Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
• Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
• Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
• Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
