We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join our Crawley Responsive Business Unit
, carrying out repairs and refurbishment works to void properties prior to new tenants moving in.

• Completing repairs and refurbishment works in void social housing properties
• Carrying out multi-trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Identifying and resolving property defects
• Accurately recording completed works and materials used
• Following Health & Safety and Safeguarding procedures at all times

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
• Experience with in social housing repairs, maintenance, or voids
• Strong multi-trade skills and a quality-focused approach
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
