Support Technician - Alarms / Electrical / Electronic
£30,000 to £35,000 + Bonus + Specialist training + 8% Pension + Benefits
Crawley, West Sussex (Commutable from: Worthing, Horsham, Guildford, Redhill, Haywood's Heath)
Are you an engineer / technician, with fire / alarms / electrical or electronic experience, looking to join a leading business, where they are offering full training to come off the tools and work as Technical Support / Product Technician?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, where you will enjoy a highly varied position and be well rewarded the great pension and bonus scheme.
This company are a leading manufacturer of specialist alarm detection systems, working with customers across the UK. Due to expansion, they now need a Technical Support Technician.
In this role you will offer technical product support to customers over the phone, test products before they are delivered and help ensure correct compliance. You will also get the chance to be involved with product development and R&D.
The role would suit an engineer / technician from an alarms / electrical / electronic background looking to get off the tools and progress their career.
The Role:
Technical Product Support Technician
Offer technical support to customers
Product demonstrations & product development
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pmThe Person:
