Junior Fire Alarm Engineer / Junior Electrician

Working alongside experienced engineers, you will receive training and support while developing the skills required to install, maintain and service fire alarm systems and associated equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the installation, servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Supporting experienced engineers with fault finding and repairs.
• Learning how to test, inspect and commission fire alarm systems.
• Carrying out electrical and fire alarm work in line with company procedures and relevant industry standards.
• Learning to identify faults and develop effective troubleshooting skills.
• Completing service reports and job documentation accurately.
• Communicating professionally with customers and colleagues on site.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety and workmanship.
• Developing your technical knowledge through hands-on experience and formal training.

We are open to candidates at different stages of their careers. You do not need to be an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to apply.
