Description:
ER RN needed. Required certifications are ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as per management. Every other weekend is required. Patient ratios are 4:1. The average daily census is between 50-70. Patients include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Skills required include BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, and central line care/management.
Must be able to manage continuous IV sedation and emergency medications. Interpretation of arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias is essential. Isolation precautions and PPE must be adhered to. Management of dysrhythmias and administration/monitoring of procedural sedation is necessary. The role includes triage responsibilities. Compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary. Candidates must provide a 7-year work history verification. Accurate work history going back 7 years is required.
