Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Emergency Room RN Opportunity

Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing acute patient conditions and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer emergency medications and treatments according to protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA RN license with uploaded Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications with valid expiration dates.
• Minimum of 5 years of ER nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM).
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
