Registered Nurse – ICU

$2436.00/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to critically ill patients. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing interventions in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate care plans for ICU patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamic parameters continuously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress, treatments, and observations accurately in electronic health records.
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, procedures, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license uploaded to Nursys within the last 2 weeks.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of current ICU nursing experience.
• Maintain AHA or ARC certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and PALS with valid expiration dates.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Be willing to work every other weekend and participate in on-call rotations based on census.
• Ability to complete required compliance onboarding within 3-5 days of contract signing.
