Position Summary

Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy / Excel Physical Therapy.

We provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services. Physical Therapists have opportunities for new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership. We prioritize sustainable practice environments with lower productivity expectations, professional growth, hands-on learning, strong clinical relationships, collaboration, and long-term career stability.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year (based on location, experience, certifications, etc.).

Sign-on bonus: $5,000.

Clinician bonus plan: up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).

Welcome bonus or student loan repayment up to $10,000.

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Eagerness to grow & learn
• Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
