Experienced Staffing Recruiter

Do you have 3-5 years or more of recent experience working as a recruiter in a temporary staffing agency office? Do you know how to use social media and job boards to find and engage with candidates who will pass E-Verify, pre-employment drug screening and meet client background requirements? Have you recruited, hired, assigned and terminated temporary and temp to hire workers for light industrial positions?

What we need - An experienced Industrial Staffing Agency Recruiter with a solid understanding of how temp and temp to hire staffing works for our staffing office located in Crest Hill, IL.

• Have you recruited, hired, assigned and terminated temporary and temp to hire workers for light industrial positions?
• You already have experience with building relationships with client companies to understand their needs.
• You have used various methods including social media, job boards, referral programs and more for attracting candidates who are seeking employment, who have employment eligibility to work in the US with the skills and experience to safely perform job duties at client locations.
• You know how easy it is to fall behind if you don't have the ability to prioritize, a sense of urgency and solid follow-up skills.
• You have experienced first-hand the need for willingness to work collaboratively and support each other as a cohesive team to accomplish goals that result in customer satisfaction that exceeds all expectations.

We offer base compensation in the range of $52,000 to $57,500 plus generous bonuses two times per year based on productivity and profits. (Up to 20% of base salary)
