Job Summary

We have an opening for full‑time JANITOR positions.

Location

Schedule
:
Full‑time schedule. Multiple shifts available; more details will be provided during the interview.

Requirement
:
Prior experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Pay Range
: $16.00 per hour to $17.25 per hour.

ESFM is the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA and a Keystone member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection‑control plans.
• Dust and mop floors using approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return furniture to its correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas with assigned materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces following the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Identify areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
