A family-owned food company is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Leader to supervise quality assurance technicians and ensure products meet company standards. This role requires strong supervisory skills and knowledge of quality assurance techniques and FDA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in Biology or Food Science and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
